With that in mind, they have been well-represented all over the college football world this weekend to see the nation\u2019s top quarterbacks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Per <a href=\"https:\/\/steelersnow.com\/2026-nfl-draft-steelers-get-early-look-at-potential-no-1-overall-qb\/#google_vignette\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Alan Saunders of Steelers Now<\/a>, the Steelers sent a scout to South Carolina for the Gamecocks\u2019 first game of the season against Virginia Tech.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">\u201cOn Sunday, the Steelers also sent a scout to Columbia, South Carolina, for the matchup between SC and potential first-round pick LaNorris Sellers and Virginia Tech.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The Steelers also sent representation to Columbus to see Arch Manning put up a rough performance against the Ohio State Buckeyes. Other scouts were also on hand to see LSU\u2019s Garrett Mussmeier square off with Clemson\u2019s Cade Klubnik, per Saunders.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Drew Allar out of Penn State is another name that will certainly be in the conversation. He went 22-of-26 for 217 yards and a touchdown against Nevada.
