FOXBOROUGH – Hunter Henry <\/a>is heading into his fifth season with the Patriots.<\/p>\n

Josh McDaniels<\/a> the offensive coordinator when he first arrived in New England. Since then, he\u2019s had Matt Patricia, Bill O\u2019Brien and Alex Van Pelt sandwiched in between McDaniels latest go-round running the offense. <\/p>\n

Henry said that while he\u2019s technically on his fifth offensive coordinator, the return of McDaniels makes it a little easier.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you have a lot of offensive in between, it\u2019s kind of hard to remember some things, but we\u2019re getting it all in,\u201d Henry said, following his charity event Wednesday aiding local foster children. \u201cThere is some carryover. It is nice to have a little familiarity and kind of know what the end goal is.\u201d<\/p>\n

Henry had a 50-catch, 603-yard season his first year with McDaniels calling the shot. He was also the team\u2019s primary red zone threat, catching nine TD passes that first year, his best as a Patriot.<\/p>\n

This past season, Henry led the team with 66 catches. He amassed 674 yards with two TDs. <\/p>\n

\u201cWorking with Josh before, he has a tremendous mind,\u201d Henry said of McDaniels, who is on his third stint with the team. \u201cI learned a lot from him that one year I was with him.
