Week 1 of the 2025 NFL regular season is in the books.<\/p>\n

It might be early, but NFL fans may have already seen the game of the year. Sunday ended with the Buffalo Bills’ miraculous 41-40 comeback win <\/a>over the Baltimore Ravens. The Bills trailed by 15 points in the final quarter, but managed to claw all the way back, winning the game on a last-second field goal<\/a> from newly signed kicker Matt Prater.<\/p>\n

On the other end of the spectrum, the first Monday Night Football game of the year saw an epic Chicago Bears collapse, as the Minnesota Vikings rallied for a 27-24 win in QB J.J. McCarthy’s NFL debut<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the NFC North, on Sunday, the Green Bay Packers<\/a> gained an early advantage in what looks to be a tough divisional race with a 27-13 victory<\/a> against the Detroit Lions<\/a>. Newly added pass rusher Micah Parsons praised the Green Bay fans for how they embraced him, calling it a “one of one<\/a>” experience.<\/p>\n

Aaron Rodgers appeared to rediscover his winning touch with four touchdown passes in the Pittsburgh Steelers<\/a>‘ 34-32 win<\/a> over the New York Jets<\/a>. Following the game, Rodgers said<\/a> he was “happy to beat everyone associated with the Jets,” his former team.<\/p>\n

“There were probably people in the organization that didn’t think I could play anymore,” he added<\/a>. “So it was nice to remind those people that I still can.”<\/p>\n

Among the notable injuries coming out of the week was George Kittle leaving the 49ers’ game in the second quarter with a hamstring injury<\/a>. He’ll reportedly be sidelined for up to five weeks, while QB Brock Purdy<\/a> also sustained multiple injuries. While he didn’t leave Sunday’s game, Purdy is dealing with a toe injury and a shoulder injury.<\/p>\n

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers took a hit on his knee<\/a> versus the New England Patriots and trainers did not allow him to return. And Atlanta Falcons receiver Drake London hurt his shoulder<\/a> on their final drive versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.<\/p>\n
