Appearing on 93.7 The Fan<\/a>, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk revealed that the the same source who said the Pittsburgh Steelers wanted Jalen Ramsey said Pittsburgh wants Tyreek Hill. Florio noted, however, that was prior to allegations accusing Hill of domestic violence. <\/p>\n

Hill\u2019s estranged wife claims that Hill abused her on multiple occasions during their 17-month marriage.<\/p>\n

Hill\u2019s attorney is adamant Keeta Vaccaro\u2019s claims are false, saying in a statement to TMZ Sports<\/a> the allegations \u201care nothing more than an attempt by Ms. Vacarro, her mother and\/or her counsel to shake Mr. Hill down.\u201d<\/p>\n

Aaron Rodgers\u2019 season started almost exactly how he hoped during its 34-32 win over the New York Jets on Sunday, passing for four touchdowns. Now imagine what the Steelers quarterback could do with Hill at his disposal, as well.<\/p>\n

Rodgers<\/a> doesn\u2019t have a set secondary option, with the role behind DK Metcalf consisting of Calvin Austin III and his pack of tight ends. If things don\u2019t start to look up for the Miami Dolphins, 33-8 losers to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, the Steelers could become a real option for one of the game\u2019s fastest wideouts.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s already chatter, in the aftermath of Sunday\u2019s win over the Jets, that the all-in Steelers could go even more all-in by making a move for (Tyreek) Hill,\u201d Florio wrote<\/a> on Monday. \u201cYes, Pittsburgh already has receiver DK Metcalf, who\u2019s making $30 million per year on a five-year deal. But the Steelers don\u2019t have a clear cut No. 2. Hill would be 1b (if not, at times, 1a) to Metcalf.\u201d<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a large monetary reason why keeping Hill wouldn\u2019t do the Dolphins much good.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlthough Hill is signed through 2026, he\u2019s due to make $36 million next year \u2014 with a cap number of $51.89 million,\u201d Florio said. \u201cIt\u2019s highly unlikely he\u2019ll be back after 2025. So if the ship continues to sink, Hill becomes an asset that can be flipped into a draft pick.\u201d<\/p>\n

Florio believes Hill\u2019s former team, the Kansas City Chiefs, is also a viable landing spot if he gets shipped from South Beach.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs currently have the best odds<\/a> to land Hill at +300. The Steelers are second at +500, followed by the Las Vegas Raiders (+900). <\/p>\n
