The Dallas Cowboys<\/a> are adding a familiar face to their roster ahead of their home opener.<\/p>\n

Wide receiver Ryan Flournoy is being signed to the Cowboys\u2019 53-man roster, the team announced Saturday.<\/a> Flournoy was initially waived on Aug. 28 as the Cowboys prepared for a season-opening matchup with the Eagles. He was added to Dallas\u2019 practice squad a day later.<\/a><\/p>\n

Flournoy played in 11 games for Dallas last season, catching 10 passes for 102 yards. According to ESPN,<\/a> Flournoy would fill the roster spot that was created when defensive tackle Perrion Winfrey landed on IR.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Cowboys also made two key moves in the secondary before their meeting with the New York Giants. Dallas elevated defensive backs Zion Childress and Robert Rochell from the practice squad.<\/p>\n
