He signed with the <a href=\"https:\/\/onwardstate.com\/2024\/04\/27\/report-curtis-jacobs-signing-with-kansas-city-chiefs-as-udfa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> as an undrafted free agent after the 2024 NFL Draft, but didn\u2019t make the 53-man roster. The <a href=\"https:\/\/onwardstate.com\/2024\/08\/28\/report-curtis-jacobs-claimed-by-new-england-patriots-off-waivers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">New England Patriots<\/a> picked him up off of waivers, where he appeared in nine games in his rookie season before battling a concussion injury that sidelined him in November and December. <\/p>\n<p>The Patriots released Jacobs in March. He signed with Tennessee the same month and spend all of the 2025 preseason with the Titans.
