CLEVELAND, Ohio \u2014 In a league where offensive line continuity is sacred, the Browns<\/a> made a peculiar move Sunday \u2014 they deliberately rested starting left tackle Dawand Jones for 10 snaps in a \u201cpredetermined\u201d rotation.<\/p>\n

While head coach Kevin Stefanski remained typically tight-lipped about the decision, Jones himself clarified the situation Wednesday at the team facility. According to Orange and Brown Talk<\/a> host Dan Labbe, \u201cDawand Jones today made it pretty clear he was not feeling any heat symptoms. It was a predetermined thing that the coaching staff wanted to do, and so they took him out on the third series of each half.\u201d<\/p>\n
