The Texans enter Sunday with equal \u2013 and perhaps even more \u2013 incentive after losing winnable back-to-back games to the Los Angeles Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.<\/p>\n The Texans are 0-2 and 0-2 NFL teams are desperate teams.
