The Dallas Cowboys wanted to send a message this week with the notice that they had just as much talent as the Philadelphia Eagles. The defending Super Bowl champions have been a model of consistency in recent years, and the Cowboys have been sick of it.<\/p>\n
The addition of former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens is hoped to be the solution.<\/p>\n

Pickens has recorded one 1,000-yard season through his career, but remains a big-play threat that was Pittsburgh’s best offensive player over the last three seasons. Now with the Cowboys, he is expected to pair with CeeDee Lamb to build one of the league’s toughest receiving corps.<\/p>\n
That doesn’t mean the Eagles should be concerned, though.<\/p>\n
In fact, they really have nothing to fear.<\/p>\n
Despite Pickens’ clear talent, his emotional outbursts have often been a detriment to the team. He has repeatedly gotten into it with Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin, and publicly voiced his concerns over the years with his former team. There’s no guarantee he becomes a changed man just because he’s in Dallas.<\/p>\n

There’s also the relationship with Dak Prescott. The Pro Bowl quarterback is touted as one of the game s best leaders.<\/p>\n
If he struggles to push Pickens in the right direction, the Cowboys may have just traded a third-round pick for a ticking time bomb.<\/p>\n
And that can only mean good things for the Eagles moving forward.<\/p>\n
Philly might just be able to sit back and watch as the Cowboys personalities eat themselves alive.<\/p>\n
If that happens?<\/p>\n
It will only make the Eagles\u2019 attempt at a repeat division and Super Bowl title that much easier.<\/p>\n
