More than the position coach he used to be in New Orleans. More than the defensive coordinator he was in Detroit. Head coach of the New York Jets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd now, my focus is on the whole team,\u201d Glenn said. \u201cIt\u2019s outstanding when you get a chance to go to every position and be able to give my opinions on how they should do things and try to help those guys be successful.
