Will the Indianapolis Colts<\/a> make a big move before this year’s trade deadline?<\/p>\n While appearing on the ‘Pat McAfee Show,’ ESPN<\/a> NFL insider Adam Schefter didn’t have specifics, but said that the Colts<\/a> could be a team to watch if they keep winning games.<\/p>\n “The Colts are gonna wanna make some moves if they keep winning games like this,” Schefter said. “They are the number one seed in the AFC as of today and if they keep rolling like that, it wouldn’t surprise me if they tried to bring in more help.”<\/p>\n Of course, there is a long ways to go, but at 4-1 on the year, the Colts currently hold the No. 1 seed in the AFC.<\/p>\n The offense, in particular, is rolling, currently ranked second in points per game and second in yards per play, led by quarterback Daniel Jones.<\/p>\n If GM Chris Ballard is looking to make a splash at some point, two positions that could make sense to address are cornerback and defensive end.<\/p>\n The depth at cornerback continues to get tested this season, while more pass rush consistency next to Laiatu Latu could be beneficial.<\/p>\n Depending on how the addition of Germaine Pratt turns out, linebacker help next to Zaire Franklin could end up on Ballard’s radar as well.<\/p>\n For what it’s worth, earlier this week the Colts did restructure Kenny Moore’s contract<\/a>, which freed up $3.8 million in salary cap space for this season.<\/p>\n
