\n J.J. McCarthy is limited at Wednesday’s practice<\/p>\n
The biggest question surrounding Minnesota is who will start at quarterback. J.J. McCarthy has missed the past three games with an ankle injury with Carson Wentz starting in his place.<\/p>\n
McCarthy was a limited participant on Wednesday while Wentz practiced fully with an injury to his non-throwing shoulder. If Wentz starts on Sunday, it will be the second time he faces the team that drafted him No. 2 overall in 2016.<\/p>\n
Everybody on the Vikings’ active roster practiced in some capacity. Outside linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel (neck), tackle Brian O’Neill (knee), and offensive lineman Donovan Jackson (wrist) all missed Minnesota’s Week 5 game before their bye and were limited practice participants on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Starting center Michael Jurgens, who missed Week 5 with a hamstring injury, was a full participant. Linebacker Blake Cashman (hamstring) and outside linebacker Tyler Batty (knee) are both within their 21-day practice window and were full participants.<\/p>\n
