Week 7 of the 2025 NFL season is already upon us and the action will wrap up with a Monday night doubleheader. The first game will be a battle of top teams in the NFC with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers visiting the Detroit Lions at 7 p.m. ET on ABC\/ESPN.<\/p>\n
The Bucs were able to actually win without late-game dramatics last Sunday, downing the 49ers in a 30-19 victory. Tight end Cade Otton had himself a productive afternoon and he\u2019s starting to pick up it up after a quiet first month of the season.<\/p>\n

Fantasy Football analysis: Buccaneers TE Cade Otton<\/p>\n
Otton grabbed five of his six targets for 51 yards in last week\u2019s victory over the 49ers, a nice follow-up to his 81-yard performance against the Seahawks the week prior. The fourth-year tight end is beginning to heat up in the passing game after being a ghost in the first month of the season. That was by design as the team needed him to help as an extra blocker<\/a> with all of their offensive line injuries, so it\u2019s not a coincidence that his production has picked up since Tristan Wirfs made his season debut a few weeks ago.<\/p>\n Start or sit in Week 7 PPR leagues?<\/p>\n Start. The Bucs are still dealing with major injuries on offense as Mike Evans and Emeka Egbuka have been ruled as game-time decisions<\/a> while Chris Godwin and Bucky Irving have been ruled out.<\/a> That opens the door for Otton to once again have a good receiving day and it would not be a surprise to see Baker Mayfield target him in the red zone for his first touchdown of the season.
