The Seattle Seahawks have addressed one key order of post-NFL Draft business: they\u2019ve signed their first-round pick, Grey Zabel, according to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Zabel, an offensive guard who the Seahawks selected No. 18 overall out of North Dakota State last month, has agreed to a fully guaranteed $18.471 million contract over four years, per Schefter.<\/p>\n

The selection of Zabel has received rave reviews from draft experts, and it\u2019s expected he will compete to start from the beginning of the 2025 season.<\/p>\n

Seahawks roster moves<\/p>\n

Also on Monday, the Seahawks announced<\/a> they have waived veteran wide receiver River Cracraft, a former WSU Cougars standout who was signed out of free agency in March<\/a>. Cracraft has seven years of NFL experience with the Denver Broncos (2018-19), San Francisco 49ers (2020-21) and Miami Dolphins (2022-24).<\/p>\n

In the same announcement, the Seahawks said they have signed a pair of undrafted rookies: linebacker D\u2019Eryk Jackson and receiver Montorie Foster Jr.<\/p>\n

Jackson was a three-year starter at Kentucky who led the team in tackles in 2022 and 2023, and was named All-SEC by Pro Football Focus in 2023.<\/p>\n

Foster, a five-time letterwinner at Michigan State, made 46 receptions for 588 yards with three touchdowns in 2024.<\/p>\n

Like Zabel, both Jackson and Foster participated in the Seahawks\u2019 rookie minicamp earlier this month.<\/p>\n
