Yes, the Packers are on the road this week, and yes, they are playing a 4-2 team in the Pittsburgh Steelers — a team that employs one Aaron Rodgers at quarterback — but that’s not enough to get Vegas to see the Packers as underdogs.

In fact, the Packers open this week as 3.5-point favorites for the upcoming game, which gets top billing on the league’s schedule as the Sunday Night Football matchup. That spread comes from Fanduel sportsbook, which has the moneyline set at -178 on the Packers and +150 on Pittsburgh.

Although the Packers have been favored in every game so far this season, and should be again this Sunday barring any major changes before the weekend, they are on a rough streak against the spread. Green Bay started the season by covering in wins over both the Lions and Commanders, but have been unable to cover in each of the last four games. All four of those contests had the Packers favored by at least 6.5 points, however, a bigger number to overcome than the 3.5 they face for this Sunday’s game.

Meanwhile, the total for this game is currently set at 44.5 points, a fairly low total and a number that matches the number for last week’s game between the Packers and Cardinals. So far this season, the over is 2-3-1 in games featuring the Packers, with the first three games all going under and the over hitting in two of the last three.

The Steelers, meanwhile, have split their six games against the spread evenly at 3-3. Their covers came in weeks 3, 4, and 5 with consecutive wins over the Patriots, Vikings, and Browns. Last week, Pittsburgh lost outright to the Joe Flacco-led Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday Night Football despite being favored by 5.5 points. Interestingly, the over has hit in four of Pittsburgh’s six games so far this season, though Pittsburgh has been part of several games with low totals and has not faced a total greater than 44.5 at any point on the season.

[2055
7,21301,6,520,57,2360,426
0":"post-465967","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-pittsburgh-steelers","8":"tag-football","9":"tag-green-bay-packers-odds","10":"tag-nfl","11":"tag-pittsburgh","12":"tag-pittsburgh-steelers","13":"tag-pittsburghsteelers","14":"tag-steelers
["GET
