I love this man!!! pic.twitter.com\/BxaCn890im<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 Keso (4-3) (@Keso_904) October 23, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n Following the Jacksonville Jaguars’<\/a> 35-7 loss in London to the LA Rams<\/a>, head coach Liam Coen took responsibility for the loss.<\/p>\n “I’ve got to look at the whole thing, ultimately, but not going to stand up here and blame these players,” Coen said, via ESPN<\/a>. “It starts with me.”<\/p>\n Coen then carried that messaging over from the press conference to a recent team meeting, where he was going over a 4th-and-7 play in the red zone — one where he did not do a good enough job as a play-caller.<\/p>\n “There’s a scramble opportunity on fourth down that Trevor and I just talked about, but guys, this is not my best by any means. This is not,” Coen said. “I’m not putting you guys in your best position to succeed on 4th-and-7.”<\/p>\n Rookie running back LeQuint Allen then pointed out something he should have done differently on that play. However, Coen kept the blame on himself.<\/p>\n “There’s no question. I appreciate you saying that,” Coen said to Allen. “I know Trevor thought that as well. There’s some scramble ops. I appreciate you saying that LeQuint, but I gotta be better in this situation regardless. It’s my job. That’s my job. If I’m going to ask you to do yours, I gotta do mine.”<\/p>\n
