The Washington Commanders<\/a> haven’t yet played their Week 8 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, but they’ll do that tonight on Monday Night Football. They’ll be without starting quarterback Jayden Daniels, but they will get Terry McClaurin and Deebo Samuel back on the field.<\/p>\n

We don’t want to look past the Chiefs, of course, but it’s Monday, and that means we take a look at the opening odds for the next game. So, even though the Commanders will play tonight and the outcome of this game will likely affect the odds for next week, we’re still going to take a look at where the Commanders start the week.<\/p>\n

The Commanders open the week as 3-point underdogs with an over\/under of 46 total points. The Seahawks<\/a>‘ moneyline is -160, and the Titans’ moneyline is +135, per BetMGM<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If the Commanders lose to the Chiefs tonight, then this could potentially become a bigger gap. The Seahawks are fourth in the NFC, and with Sam Darnold under center, they look like a brand-new team.<\/p>\n

Seattle is 5-2 against the spread, and Washington is 3-5.
