The NFL trade deadline is just six days away, which means it won’t be long before a few contenders make last-minute additions to their rosters.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday night, the New England Patriots sent defensive end Keion White to the San Francisco 49ers in a late-round pick swap. A few moments later, they agreed to send safety Kyle Dugger to the Pittsburgh Steelers for a 2026 sixth-round pick.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, the Cleveland Browns shipped veteran quarterback Joe Flacco to the Cincinnati Bengals in a rare in-division trade. The Super Bowl champion has been sharp in three games with the Bengals, completing 64.3% of his passes for 784 yards with seven touchdowns.<\/p>\n

With time running out for teams to make trades, there are four major names that should be on everyone’s radar.<\/p>\n

\"Cincinnati<\/p>\n

Trey Hendrickson is the No. 1 target.<\/p>\n

From a talent standpoint, Trey Hendrickson is the best option available for teams in need of a pass rush. However, there’s no guarantee the Cincinnati Bengals are willing to move him.<\/p>\n

Since joining the Bengals in 2021, Hendrickson has racked up 171 total tackles, 120 QB hits, 61 sacks and 12 forced fumbles.<\/p>\n

According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler<\/a>, the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers have shown interest in Hendrickson. We’ll see if a bidding war breaks out before next Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\"New<\/p>\n

Breece Hall would help a contender.<\/p>\n

The New York Jets are obviously not competing for the playoffs this season. With that said, they may want to consider moving off some of their guys on expiring contracts.<\/p>\n

While there’s no denying Breece Hall’s production, the reality is he just doesn’t fit New York’s timeline. Do the Jeyts really want to pay a running back in the middle of a rebuild? Probably not.<\/p>\n

Contenders like the Kansas City Chiefs, however, would love to acquire a running back who already has 581 rushing yards and 181 receiving yards this season.<\/p>\n

Chris Olave could be on the move.<\/p>\n

The New Orleans Saints are far removed from their glory days with Drew Brees. If they want to get back there, they’ll need to start stockpiling young talent. As of right now though, general manager Mickey Loomis doesn’t have a ton of draft ammo.<\/p>\n

Trading away Chris Olave would be a tough blow to a lackluster wide receiver room, but he would get the Saints a Day 2 pick at the minimum.<\/p>\n

As for potential landing spots, the Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers all make sense for Olave.<\/p>\n

Myles Garrett could change the landscape of the league.<\/p>\n

The Cleveland Browns aren’t going anywhere in the AFC North despite having a Hall of Famer on the defensive line in Myles Garrett. The All-Pro from Texas A&M already has 31 total tackles, 15 QB hits and 10 sacks this season.<\/p>\n

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Browns aren’t considering any trades involving Garrett. For what it’s worth though, ESPN insider Dan Graziano said a blockbuster deal isn’t inconceivable.<\/p>\n

“All of this is to say, the idea of the Browns trading Garrett isn’t inconceivable, especially if that’s what he wants,” Graziano wrote<\/a>. “He didn’t come out and say it in his news conference Sunday, but he also made it very clear he’s not happy with the way things are going. It would be the biggest move of this trade deadline — or of next offseason’s trade market — by quite a bit. But if a team is desperate for an impact pass rusher, it might also be a call worth making.”<\/p>\n

If Garrett does get moved in the coming days, that would shake up the playoff picture in a major way.<\/p>\n
