Although the Kansas City Chiefs fell short of pulling off what would have been the first three-peat in Super Bowl history, they are still receiving champion-like treatment ahead of the 2025 season.<\/p>\n

With the NFL schedules being revealed<\/a> on Wednesday, there was also a revelation regarding which matchups were televised. To the surprise of no one, the team featuring the potential best quarterback of all time (Patrick Mahomes), a legendary tight end (Travis Kelce) and the biggest pop star in the world (Taylor Swift<\/a>), who is dating the aforementioned tight end, had quite a few nationally televised games.<\/p>\n

In fact, NFL insider Jordan Schultz reported that the team became the first to have seven primetime games at night on their initial schedule.<\/p>\n

While Chiefs fans and Swifties are presumably thrilled with this news, other NFL fans didn’t share the same enthusiasm online.<\/p>\n

“So obnoxious,” commented<\/a> one user.<\/p>\n

“Chiefs Fatigue will be next-level,” predicted<\/a> a fan.<\/p>\n

“So the NFL is still glazing,” wrote<\/a> a third.<\/p>\n

“Squeezing every last drop of that Taylor Swift Juice out of this team,” commented<\/a> another.<\/p>\n

“No wonder they\u2019re the most hated team in the NFL,” said<\/a> one fan.<\/p>\n

“Don’t get it, they were a boring team to watch last season,” chimed<\/a> in another.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs open the season against their AFC West foe, the Los Angeles Chargers in Sao Paulo, Brazil. A couple of other notable games include a Super Bowl rematch against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2, a Thanksgiving battle against the Dallas Cowboys and a Christmas Day showdown against the Denver Broncos.<\/p>\n

Although there may be a large population of fans who are tired of seeing the Chiefs, it appears the media companies are loving all of the ratings they bring in.<\/p>\n
