Will Sanders get his first career start?<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">After the game, head coach Kevin Stefanski revealed the team\u2019s quarterback plan for the Raider game:<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">According to Stefanski, if Gabriel clears the concussion protocol, he will remain the team\u2019s starter against Las Vegas. He later acknowledged that if Gabriel doesn\u2019t clear the protocol, Sanders will start over veteran QB Bailey Zappe, the other quarterback on the roster.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">That means we will be playing the waiting game. Some players clear the concussion protocol quickly, while others end up being in it for weeks. Although Sanders\u2019 second half performance was a bit of a buzz kill, we do have to consider the fact that, as Stefanski pointed out after the game, those were the first first-team reps that Sanders has taken all season.
