The 2025 schedule release, presented by Ticketmaster, is now live, and the Kansas City Chiefs have debuted the “Chiefs Cab,” a one-of-a-kind schedule release video inspired by the hit game show Cash Cab. Hosted by Emmy-winning Cash Cab legend Ben Bailey, the video surprises unsuspecting passengers and takes them on a football-fueled ride through Kansas City \u2013 complete with special guests, laugh-out-loud moments and the full 2025 schedule \u2013 all from the back seat of a fully decked-out Kansas City cab.<\/p>\n
“The schedule release is one of the most exciting dates on the NFL calendar for fans \u2013 and for us, it’s a chance to flex our creative muscles,” said Lara Krug, Kansas City Chiefs EVP & Chief Media and Marketing Officer. “With “Chiefs Cab” we wanted to reimagine a nostalgic fan favorite through the lens of Chiefs Kingdom. From Ben Bailey behind the wheel to the mix of players, cheerleaders and influencers, this campaign is a celebration of the culture we’re building \u2014 not just as a football team, but as a force in sports, media and entertainment.”<\/p>\n
To capture the authentic feel of the beloved game show, the team sourced a van matching the original Cash Cab model, gave it a temporary bright yellow paint job, and added custom exterior graphics. Inside, dynamic ceiling lighting and detailed design elements brought the iconic atmosphere to life \u2014 all with a Chiefs Kingdom twist.<\/p>\n
The ride features an all-star cast of current and former players, along with a variety of Chiefs personalities, who team up to help influencer fans win a pair of home game tickets.<\/p>\n
