The Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a> have announced their full 2025 schedule<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The first regular season game of the Liam Coen\/James Gladstone era will be against the Carolina Panthers<\/a> at EverBank Stadium on September 7. <\/p>\n

Carolina’s head coach is Dave Canales, who was the offensive coordinator in Tampa Bay<\/a> before Coen held the same role. Though the Panthers are one of the Jaguars\u2019 weaker on-paper opponents this year, Canales has miraculously revived the career of former No. 1 pick Bryce Young and has the offense humming with strong investments up front. It\u2019s crazy to say this about a David Tepper-owned franchise, but low-key, the Panthers are the best-run team in the NFC South bar the Bucs. I don\u2019t think this will be any kind of cakewalk. <\/p>\n

Jacksonville is listed as a 2.5-point favorite for Week 1, per FanDuel Sportsbook<\/a>. The total is set at 46.5 points.<\/p>\n
