Not only did the Denver Broncos<\/a> extend their win streak to eight games with their 22-19 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> on Sunday, they also moved into a tie with the New England Patriots for the best record in the NFL<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It was just the third win in the last 11 games for the Broncos against their AFC West rivals \u2014 a triumph the team seemingly celebrated long into the week.<\/p>\n

One player who was still enjoying the spoils of victory days after the fact was Broncos defensive back Jahdae Barron. But the rookie first-round pick may have taken his merriment a little too far, as evidenced by his deleted social media post in which he took a shot at Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce<\/a> and his fianc\u00e9e Taylor Swift<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cTell swift put me on a song RIGHT NOW,\u201d Barron wrote on his Instagram story Wednesday night.<\/p>\n

By Thursday afternoon, the post had been deleted seemingly because of the backlash he got for the unwarranted shade he threw at the \u201cBlank Space\u201d singer. Though the post was no longer available, that didn\u2019t stop fans from roasting Barron on social media because of it.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s funny I don\u2019t see players coming for other players families just Targeting Travis and Taylor for clout,\u201d one fan wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe clout is with Taylor, and you know mentioning her is the ONLY way people will google you to even know your name. Lol,\u201d a second replied<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt would be the only thing he\u2019s famous for,\u201d a third fan remarked<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cA nobody trying to ride on someone else’s coattails,\u201d scoffed another user<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Despite Barron\u2019s boasting, Kelce had arguably his best game of the season. He logged a season-high nine catches for 91 yards and a touchdown. It was just the fourth game this season Kelce scored a touchdown, and only the second time he topped 80 or more yards.<\/p>\n
