It might be the most-watched regular season of all-time when the Dallas Cowboys<\/a> and Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> \u2014 boasting large fan bases and polarized public opinion \u2014 meet on Thanksgiving. <\/p>\n

The weather should be dry and pleasant in Arlington on game day, leaving a possibility the rarely opened roof at AT&T Stadium lets in some fresh air. Mostly sunny skies indicate the possibility of late-day sunlight wreaking havoc on the game vs. the Chiefs<\/a> through the stadium\u2019s southwest-facing windows. <\/p>\n

Arlington weather for Chiefs vs. Cowboys game<\/p>\n

The National Weather Service in Dallas\/Fort Worth<\/a> predicts temperatures hovering right around 60 degrees at gametime, with no chance of precipitation and gentle wind. Should the stadium roof be open, it shouldn\u2019t affect the play on the field.<\/p>\n

The AccuWeather forecast<\/a> is more of the same, with slightly warmer temperatures in the lower 60s and slightly stronger winds. The forecast also calls for sunny skies and a brightness index of 9, considered very bright. <\/p>\n

How Chiefs vs. Cowboys weather will impact odds, betting<\/p>\n

While the roof is likely to be closed \u2014 it was open for just 30 of its first 126 games and had a notable incident where a piece of metal fell when opened last November<\/a> \u2014 the sun could still play a role in the game. Players like receiver CeeDee Lamb<\/a> have been affected by the sun before and the sunny skies on Nov. 27, coupled with the impending sunset, could create difficult conditions for visibility on the field.<\/p>\n

Betting sites don\u2019t anticipate any weather impacts on the game, making note the game is played in the dome. <\/p>\n

The visiting Chiefs are 3.5-point favorites<\/a> as Kansas City\u00a0battles to stay in the playoff picture. Dallas has longer odds (just 8%) to make the postseason but a win here would go a long way toward that ambition. The over\/under is set at 52 points. <\/p>\n

The Cowboys lead the all-time series<\/a>, 7-5, though the teams haven\u2019t played since 2021, a 19-9 win for the Chiefs. Dallas is 34-22-1 overall on Thanksgiving. <\/p>\n

The Kansas City Chiefs and Dallas Cowboys<\/a> will play at 4:30 p.m. ET on Thanksgiving day, Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025. The game will be broadcast on CBS affiliates. Jim Nantz and Tony Romo<\/a> will call the game with sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson. <\/p>\n
