The Miami Dolphins<\/a> mutually agreed to trade Jalen Ramsey<\/a> last month, and whilst the\u00a0Los Angeles Rams<\/a> seem to be the favorite to acquire his services – Adam Schefter reported <\/a>that numerous teams have an interest in the 30 year old.<\/p>\n

Whilst they already have multiple high performing cornerbacks in the form of Marlon Humphrey<\/a> and last year’s first round pick, Nate Wiggins, the Baltimore Ravens<\/a> could well be a strong contender to trade for Ramsey.<\/p>\n

Humphrey excelled in the slot last season, and with Brandon Stephens departing for the New York Jets in free agency, the team have a hole on the perimeter.<\/p>\n

Keeping Humphrey on the inside allows All-Pro safety, Kyle Hamilton – who is currently listed as the starting nickel back on unofficial depth charts – to move back to safety and pair with 2025 first rounder, Malaki Starks.<\/p>\n

Ramsey, Wiggins, Humphrey, Starks and Hamilton would unquestionably combine to become one of – if not the most dangerous secondaries in the NFL.<\/p>\n

With Ramsey having come over the Dolphins for the price of a third round pick and tight end, Hunter Long in 2023, it is unlikely that the Ravens would have to give up substantially more than a fourth rounder in exchange for the former All-Pro’s services, two years later.<\/p>\n

Particularly if they pay the bulk of his $25 million that he is owed in 2025, accounting for just over a $16 million cap hit for the season.<\/p>\n
