There are only five games left the New York Giants over the final six weeks of the 2025 NFL season. But the question of how many of them the Giants will win is still up in the air.<\/p>\n

The Giants have their looming game against the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football, their bye week, then games against the Washington Commanders, Minnesota Vikings, Las Vegas Raiders, and finally their season finale against the Dallas Cowboys.<\/p>\n

The fact that the Giants have been establishing leads as heavy underdogs on the road means that each of these games is winnable. Of course, the Giants have also proven adept at finding ways to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory \u2014 which makes each of these game eminently loseable as well.<\/p>\n

So this week we asked Giants fans just how many of the Giants\u2019 five remaining games they think they\u2019ll win. Most fans responded that they think the Giants will only win two more games.<\/p>\n

Nearly half of fans think the Giants will go 2-3 to finish the season. And while we didn\u2019t ask this, it\u2019s safe to assume that fans think those wins are most likely to come against the Minnesota Vikings and Las Vegas Raiders in Weeks 16 and 17.<\/p>\n

Each of the Giants\u2019 five remaining opponents are flawed, so there will be opportunities for the Giants to come away with underdog wins outside of those games as well. Considering the Patriots have significant injuries on their offensive and defensive lines, and the Commanders could be without Jayden Daniels, those two games are sneaky as well.<\/p>\n

We also didn\u2019t include options for \u201cFive\u201d or \u201cZero\u201d wins the rest of the way, but those are clearly possible.<\/p>\n

The Giants\u2019 poor defensive play has been the deciding factor in most of their losses. So the fact that we don\u2019t know how the defense will respond to Charlie Bullen as interim DC adds plenty of mystery to the question. Likewise, we don\u2019t know which of the Giants\u2019 injured defensive starters will return following their bye week. We won\u2019t see a complete defensive turnaround, but we could see some definite improvement over the final month and a half of the season.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, while the Giants have continued to lose, fan confidence has risen.<\/p>\n

Fans\u2019 renewed confidence in their team is likely due to the firing of Shane Bowen, which many have called for since the end of the 2024 season, as well as the play of the offense. Despite their well-known injuries, the Giants never trailed on the road against the Detroit Lions, and at the same time saw 4th year receiver Wan\u2019Dale Robinson have a career day while second-year tight end Theo Johnson has continued to blossom in the second half of the season.<\/p>\n

Now, the Giants will get Jaxson Dart back from injury and we\u2019ll finally get the chance to see him in a game plan designed and called by Mike Kafka.<\/p>\n

All of that likely factors into why we\u2019ve seen renewed fan confidence over the last three weeks.<\/p>\n

Fan confidence cratered following their losses to the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers. Since then, ownership fired Brian Daboll, the offense performed well without Dart, Isaiah Hodgins returned, Wan\u2019Dale Robinson and Theo Johnson have continued to develop, and now the team has moved on from Shane Bowen.<\/p>\n
