There aren\u2019t many better feelings on a football Sunday than the relaxed comfort that a huge Thursday night win provides. The Detroit Lions are 8-5 and just a game-and-a-half out of a playoff spot. By the end of the day, the Lions are essentially guaranteed to be no more than a single game out of the postseason. Lions fans can just relax knowing that no matter what happens on Sunday, Detroit\u2019s playoff hopes are suddenly as alive as ever.<\/p>\n

This post, however, is just to chat while the 1 p.m. ET games are going on. Here\u2019s what that group of games looks like in Week 14:<\/p>\n
Admittedly, there\u2019s really only one game that matters for the Lions, and that\u2019s the first one listed. Root for the Falcons to upset the Seahawks.<\/p>\n
But there are some intriguing AFC matchups in the early set. Colts vs. Jaguars and Steelers vs. Ravens will both decide who leaders their respective division. High-stakes football is always fun to watch, even if it doesn\u2019t involve the Lions.<\/p>\n
