A running theme of some of the best general managers in the sport today is a consistent form of aggressiveness that always seems to show out during the offseason.<\/p>\n
The Washington Commanders understand this well. They have one of the more aggressive executives in the league in Adam Peters.<\/p>\n

When Peters joined the team in the 2024 offseason, the Commanders were coming off a four-win season that highlighted their needs along the offensive line, secondary, and quarterback position.<\/p>\n
Peters got right to work last year, building a roster that ended with 12 wins in the regular season and reached the conference championship game for the first time in 30 years.<\/p>\n
While head coach Dan Quinn plays a huge role in that success, he’s made it clear how important Peters has been to the organization both before and after their playoff run. Especially after the team acquired top talent this offseason as well.<\/p>\n
