On paper, as we sit here in mid-May, the Jaguars have the sixth-easiest schedule, according to Sharp Football.<\/a> This includes facing five different playoff teams from last season, while also playing four teams that picked inside the top 10 in this year’s NFL draft.<\/p>\n

As we detailed recently<\/a>, the Jaguars potentially face two season-defining stretches on this year’s schedule.<\/p>\n

The first notable stretch comes early in the season from Weeks 2-7, where the Jaguars face several possible difficult matchups that include games against Cincinnati, Houston, San Francisco, Kansas City, and the LA Rams<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Then, towards the end of the year, the opportunity for the Jaguars to bank some late-season wins could certainly be in play.<\/p>\n

From Weeks 13 through 18, the lone playoff team from the 2024 season that the Jaguars play is Denver. Otherwise, they have multiple matchups with the Colts<\/a> and Titans<\/a>, and one with the Jets<\/a>.<\/p>\n
