Coach Sean McVay and the Los Angeles Rams<\/a> secured a playoff spot for the third consecutive season following a 41-34<\/a> victory over the Detroit Lions<\/a> at home on Sunday, Dec 14.<\/p>\n Quarterback Matthew Stafford led the way for the Rams<\/a>, completing 24 of 38 passes for 368 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.<\/p>\n Stafford continues to prove himself as a true contender for the MVP award. Running back Kyren Williams contributed to the Rams’ offensive performance with 78 yards and two touchdowns.<\/p>\n The Rams will turn their attention quickly to their upcoming Week 16<\/a> game against the Seattle Seahawks<\/a>.<\/p>\n Both teams will enter the “Thursday Night Football”<\/a> game with identical 11-3 records<\/a>.
