He reported that Adams is considered week-to-week after aggravating an old injury<\/a> Sunday against the Detroit Lions<\/a>.<\/p>\n Adams went down in the fourth quarter on a downfield route and was unable to return to the game after being evaluated further by the training staff.<\/p>\n McVay will provide another update when he addresses the media on Tuesday, likely giving a clearer timeline for Adams\u2019 return. Rapoport reported earlier in the day<\/a> that \u201cthe hope is\u201d Adams will be able to return for the playoffs.<\/p>\n This season, Adams leads the NFL with 14 touchdown receptions. He has 789 yards receiving on 60 receptions. He had played all 14 games prior to getting injured on Sunday but now stands to miss at least Thursday night’s game against the Seahawks<\/a>.<\/p>\n
