The\u00a0Cincinnati Bengals<\/a>\u00a0have many interesting opponents and notable scenarios on the 2025 schedule that was announced last week.<\/p>\n

There are, for example, massive road games that will decide the season<\/a>. There’s a shocking six road games against playoff teams<\/a>. And there’s even a little gift from schedule-makers early in the season<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But there’s also at least one opponent calling his matchup with the Bengals<\/a> a “personal” one.<\/p>\n

Said opponent is Detroit Lions<\/a> running back David Montgomery, who popped up in his team’s social media video<\/a> asking about their most anticipated game of the season.<\/p>\n

Montgomery dropped the following: “If you know, you know. This one personal.”<\/p>\n

Of course, Montgomery was born in Mount Healthy, Ohio and rooted for the Bengals, drawing inspiration from the likes of Cedric Benson.<\/p>\n

The Bengals host Montgomery and the Lions in Week 5 in a Fox broadcast featuring a 4:25 ET kickoff.<\/p>\n
