The Eagles\u2019 Wednesday practice lacked some bite.<\/p>\n

Wide receiver A.J. Brown missed the team\u2019s workout as he underwent a procedure on his wisdom teeth, the Eagles announced.<\/p>\n

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported earlier in the day that Brown was expected to get his wisdom teeth removed this week, but it wasn\u2019t clear when it was happening.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not yet clear if the dental procedure will affect Brown\u2019s ability to play Sunday against the Bills.<\/p>\n

The 2025 season has been an up-and-down one for the Eagles\u2019 offense, and Brown\u2019s play has fluctuated plenty.<\/p>\n

In mid-November, days after a game in which he hauled in two catches for just 13 yards, Brown sounded off on the Eagles\u2019 hot-and-cold offense.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not just solely about my situation. I want to win, too,\u201d he told reporters. \u201cI think if we\u2019re really focused on winning and doing our job, we can\u2019t just keep slapping a Band-Aid over the defense doing their job and getting us out of trouble. At what point are we going to pick up our slack as an offense?<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s what I\u2019m getting at. It\u2019s not about, \u2018I don\u2019t care about winning, all I care about is stats.\u2019 No. It\u2019s been week after week sometimes we\u2019re not doing our job on offense. You can\u2019t keep slapping a Band-Aid over that and expect to win late in the year and think you\u2019re going to go to that at the end of the year. It\u2019s not going to f\u2013king happen.\u201d<\/p>\n

In five out of the last six games, though, Brown has been targeted at least 10 times and totaled four touchdowns.<\/p>\n

The Ole Miss product delivered in last week\u2019s win over the Commanders with nine grabs for 95 yards as the Eagles clinched the NFC East.<\/p>\n
