Rookie linebacker Jay Higgins IV has been activated from injured reserve to the 53-man roster, setting the stage for him to return Saturday night against the Green Bay Packers.<\/p>\n
Higgins last played on Nov. 9 against the Minnesota Vikings, when he suffered a knee injury. He has practiced for the past two weeks.<\/p>\n
Higgins has six tackles and one forced fumble in nine games, playing all his snaps so far on special teams.<\/p>\n
The Ravens are a bit thinner at inside linebacker now with the season-ending knee injury to Teddye Buchanan, so Higgins could see some defensive action in Lambeau Field.<\/p>\n
