Diggs is currently rehabbing from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/sports\/cowboys\/2025\/01\/23\/cowboys-cb-trevon-diggs-undergoes-knee-surgery-one-more-complex-than-previous-acl-repair\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/sports\/cowboys\/2025\/01\/23\/cowboys-cb-trevon-diggs-undergoes-knee-surgery-one-more-complex-than-previous-acl-repair\/\">a knee surgery he had in January. <\/a>The latest procedure was more complex than the previous ACL repair.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The January surgery was a chondral tissue graft that replaces damaged cartilage in Watkins reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/sports\/cowboys\/2025\/04\/30\/cowboys-need-trevon-diggs-to-attack-knee-surgery-rehab-after-frustrations-of-the-past\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/sports\/cowboys\/2025\/04\/30\/cowboys-need-trevon-diggs-to-attack-knee-surgery-rehab-after-frustrations-of-the-past\/\">the Cowboys were frustrated with how Diggs handled some sessions of his ACL rehab process.<\/a> It surprised team officials that Diggs left Dallas during his rehab work, but at the time, it wasn\u2019t too
