(KCTV) &#8211; The opening injury report for the Kansas City Chiefs ahead of their regular season finale included several players with illnesses and a few others who got extra rest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Running back Kareem Hunt and wide receiver Xavier Worthy did not practice Wednesday due to illness, the Chiefs said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Pro Bowl right guard Trey Smith also did not practice due to an ankle injury. He\u2019s dealt with high and low ankle sprains throughout the 2025 season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Defensive end George Karlaftis and running back Isiah Pacheco were each limited participants in practice with rest listed as the reasoning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Offensive tackle Jaylon Moore also was limited as he continues to deal with a knee injury.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Chiefs, without several of their starters, lost to the Broncos 20-13 on Christmas night in their home finale. Now, they go on the road Sunday for the final team of the season against a Las Vegas Raiders team that is vying for the No. 1 overall draft selection in the 2026 NFL Draft.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Kansas City could pick as high as 8th in the 2026 draft if they lost Sunday and also got a win from the New Orleans Saints.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 KCTV.
