Texas A&M football<\/a> running back Le’Veon Moss announced Tuesday his declaration for the 2026 NFL Draft.<\/a> The senior recorded 1,767 yards and 22 touchdowns on 5.5 yards per carry in 32 games.<\/p>\n

“The 12th man is unmatched! I’m blessed and thankful that I will forever be able to call myself an Aggie,” Moss said on social media.<\/a><\/p>\n

One of the biggest question marks about Moss is his ability to stay healthy. He’s a dynamic running back who embraces contact and can run past defenders at the second and third levels. However, he saw his last two collegiate seasons cut short by injuries.<\/p>\n

In 2024, Moss averaged 6.3 yards per carry and scored 10 touchdowns. But he tore his ACL and MCL last November in a 44-20 loss to South Carolina,<\/a> ending his season prematurely.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Moss has another chance to prove himself for NFL scouts: He accepted and invitation to the Senior Bowl, played Jan. 31 in Mobile, Ala.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Moss, listed at 5-foot-11 and 210 pounds, came to Texas A&M as a four-star prospect and a top-10 running back in the 2022 class.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Running backs are always tough to value in the NFL draft \u2014 more and more often, teams are drafting RBs in the very late rounds, or not at all, while still finding\u00a0valueable players \u2014 and that holds true for pundits regarding Moss. He comes in ranked 167th in the class according to\u00a0PFF.
