Christen Miller<\/a> is headed to the NFL.<\/p>\n

The Georgia football<\/a> junior defensive lineman announced his intention to enter the 2026 NFL Draft on Saturday, Jan. 3, two days after the third-ranked Bulldogs were knocked out of the College Football Playoff Sugar Bowl quarterfinal<\/a> vs. No. 6 seed Ole Miss.<\/p>\n

Miller made the announcement on his personal X account (formerly Twitter):<\/p>\n

“Lastly, thank you to Dawg Nation for embracing a kid from the east side of Atlanta and exposing me to experiences that helped me grow and transform into who l am today,” Miller wrote in his statement. “Your support has helped prepare me to take this next step and dominate at the next level. With that being said, I’m excited to be declared for the NFL Draft. Blessings.”<\/p>\n

The 6-foot-4 defensive lineman appeared in 43 games with the Bulldogs, recording 64 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss and four sacks over four seasons with Georgia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Christen Miller stats<\/p>\n

Miller appeared in four games as a freshman, but did not record any stats and earned a redshirt. Here is a look at his stats in his four collegiate seasons with Georgia:<\/p>\n

2023: 14 total tackles, four tackles for loss and one sack<\/p>\n

2024: 27 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and one pass deflection<\/p>\n

2025: 23 total tackles, four tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks<\/p>\n

Christen Miller mock draft<\/p>\n

Pro Football Focus’ Dalton Wasserman<\/a> has Miller going No. 27 overall to the Los Angeles Rams in his latest mock draft, released on Dec. 29.<\/p>\n

Here’s what Wasserman wrote about Miller:<\/p>\n

“The Rams could continue to add defensive line depth with Georgia\u2019s Christen Miller. While\u00a0Poona Ford\u00a0has been outstanding against the run this season, he is in his early 30s with essentially just one year of guaranteed money remaining on his contract. Miller would be an ideal heir, as he currently ranks third among qualified FBS defensive tackles in PFF run-defense grade (88.3).”<\/p>\n
