It was the fitting end to this miserable season as the Bills, who played almost all backups, <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/01\/04\/sports\/jets-clinch-no-2-pick-with-loss-to-bills-as-dreadful-season-comes-to-end\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">pounded the Jets 35-8<\/a> to drop the Jets to 3-14.<\/p>\n<p>Now, all eyes turn to the draft, where the Jets will have the No. 2 pick. The Jets can only hope Oregon quarterback Dante Moore was not watching Sunday because he might sign up for another year in Eugene if he was.<\/p>\n<p>The Jets finished the season by losing their final five games by a combined score of 188-54.
