The Hawks and star LT, Charles Cross have agreed to a multi-year deal that will keep him in the Pacific Northwest through the 2030 season. Cross was drafted 9th overall in the 2022 NFL draft by the Seahawks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The new deal, as reported by NFL insider Ian Rapoport, is worth an average of just over $26 million per year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">A fitting and crucial contract extension for a man that has been consistent and bordering on elite at times. Charles Cross has earned a 73.2 grade from PFF this season, ranking 28th among 88 qualifying tackles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Cross has missed the last three games with a hamstring injury, but that bye week comes at a great time for the Seahawks.
