Good morning Gang Green Nation! The New York Jets got blown out by the Buffalo Bills backups yesterday. It was the team\u2019s fifth straight humiliating blowout loss. The loss ended what was arguably the worst season performance in the history of this woebegone franchise. This Jets team set an NFL record that can never be broken with zero interceptions for the season. This Jets team was led by Garrett Wilson in receiving yards with 395. Wilson played seven games. There is just an almost endless stream of fun facts demonstrating the depths to which the Jets have fallen.<\/p>\n
There will be many changes in the upcoming offseason. The Jets have a bunch of early draft picks the next two years and they have ample cap space to sign free agents. Presumably coaches will also be changed, though Aaron Glenn appears safe in his job as head coach. The 2026 Jets will little resemble the 2025 Jets. It remains to be seen whether all the upcoming changes will actually set the Jets on the path to sustained success or result in the team once again cleaning house and starting over. Given the Jets history, the latter is probably the safer bet.<\/p>\n
