Jonathan Gannon was fired on Black Monday. The media and fans were split on whether Bidwill would ax the three-year tenure of Gannon, or give him one more season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The franchise began the season going 2-0 and then lost 15 of 16 games. This roster even set a 127-year franchise record of losing the most games in a single season with 14 losses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">QB Kyler Murray and Gannon got along really well. Every time somebody in the media would ask about Murray starting, Gannon was always in Murray\u2019s corner, stating he would start as long as he was healthy, even when he wasn\u2019t playing well.
