After conducting exit interviews on Monday morning, he made the team&#8217;s first personnel moves of the new year.<\/p>\n<p>A reserve\/future contract &#8212; commonly called a &#8220;futures contract&#8221; &#8212; secures a team&#8217;s rights to a player who did not finish the previous season on its 53-man roster.
