The Colts’ ownership has shared a letter with the fanbase following the ending of the 2025 season.<\/p>\n

Following another missed playoff appearance,\u00a0the Indianapolis Colts’<\/a>\u00a0owners, Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt, and Kalen Jackson, wrote a letter to the fanbase.<\/p>\n

Along with missing the postseason, ownership has made the decision to retain Chris Ballard as the team’s general manager.<\/p>\n

In Ballard’s nine seasons at the helm, the Colts<\/a> have had just two playoff appearances — including none since 2020 — one playoff win, and no division titles.<\/p>\n

When Irsay-Gordon addressed the media on Monday, she began the press conference by extending a heartfelt gratitude to the fans. She adds that fans have a right to be upset with how the year ended. “I’m pissed. We are all pissed,” Irsay-Gordon said on Monday.<\/p>\n

In that press conference, Irsay-Gordon discussed the reasons<\/a> behind keeping Ballard as the GM.<\/p>\n

The letter from Irsay-Gordon, Foyt, and Jackson began, “Like you, we’re without a doubt frustrated with the final results of the season. Until we win consistently, claim the division, and reach the playoffs, we’re not meeting the high standard we all expect out of our team.”<\/p>\n
