He may not have left the game against the Green Bay Packers, but that was the beginning of the end for the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/washington-commanders\/363\" data-autotag=\"a4fb178e-5fd0-440a-8a7b-b87aea742850\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Commanders<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Unfortunately, their season was plagued by injuries on both sides of the ball, and winning games when a big part of your team is on the sideline is a tall task for any team. It wasn&#8217;t all bad, though, as we got to see the rise of Jacory Croskey-Merritt and the return of Terry McLaurin.
