So does UF edge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/db\/tyreak-sapp-118390\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tyreak Sapp<\/a>. Tuesday, both players made a list from Pro Football Focus of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/news\/draft-top-50-prospects-in-the-2026-nfl-draft?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=dhtwitter&amp;utm_content=null\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Top 50 prospects in the 2026 NFL Draft<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Slaughter, a senior and returning consensus All-American, came in at No. 15. Wrote PFF: <\/p>\n<p>Slaughter was the only Power Four center with 80-plus grades both as a pass blocker and as a run blocker. Making that even more impressive is the fact that he faced a murderer\u2019s row of defensive tackles like\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/nfl\/players\/Walter-Nolen\/158666\/draft-profile?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=dhtwitter&amp;utm_content=null\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Walter Nolen<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/premium.pff.com\/ncaa\/teams\/2024\/REGPO\/?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=dhtwitter&amp;utm_content=null\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Alfred<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/nfl\/players\/Alfred-Collins\/123110\/draft-profile?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=dhtwitter&amp;utm_content=null\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0Collins<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/premium.pff.com\/ncaa\/players\/2024\/REGPO\/shemar-turner\/131273\/snaps?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=dhtwitter&amp;utm_content=null\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Shemar Turner<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/nfl\/players\/Deone-Walker\/163783\/draft-profile?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=dhtwitter&amp;utm_content=null\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Deone Walker<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/nfl\/players\/Omarr-Norman-Lott\/131624\/draft-profile?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=dhtwitter&amp;utm_content=null\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Omarr Norman-Lott<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/premium.pff.com\/ncaa\/teams\/2024\/REG?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=dhtwitter&amp;utm_content=null\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Joshua Farmer<\/a>. All of those players should be selected in the first three rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft. Slaughter\u2019s 85.8 grade since 2023 trails only\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/nfl\/players\/jackson-powers-johnson\/146550?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=dhtwitter&amp;utm_content=null\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jackson Powers-Johnson<\/a>\u00a0among Power Four centers. He moves very well at 6-foot-4, 308 pounds, which allows him to dominate in a zone-blocking scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Sapp, also a senior, led the Gators with seven sacks and 13 tackles-for-loss in 2024. PFF, which has him at No. 27 in these rankings, said the following:<\/p>\n<p>Sapp enjoyed a major breakout in his fourth season with the Gators. His 90.4 PFF overall grade placed 10th among all edge defenders in college football and second among returning players at the position.The former defensive tackle is at his best in the run game, placing fourth among all FBS edge defenders in PFF run-defense grade (88.7) while tying for fourth among Power Four players in tackles for loss or no gain (13) this past season. Sapp is a more than capable pass rusher, as well, earning an 82.2 PFF grade in that regard. He has a natural pad level at 6-foot-2 with the strength to stack and shed blockers very well.<\/p>\n<p>Ohio State safety <a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/db\/caleb-downs-16957\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Caleb Downs<\/a> was put in the top spot. He was followed by Clemson edge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/db\/tj-parker-113490\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TJ Parker<\/a> at No. 2 and Clemson defensive lineman <a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/db\/peter-woods-96251\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Peter Woods<\/a> at No. 3. Of Downs, PFF wrote, \u201cDowns, who transferred from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/premium.pff.com\/ncaa\/teams\/2024\/REGPO?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=dhtwitter&amp;utm_content=null\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Alabama<\/a>\u00a0last offseason, has been the most valuable safety in college football over the past two seasons according to PFF\u2019s wins above average metric. His 91.7 PFF grade in that span is second among all FBS safeties, while his 91.2 coverage grade is third. Downs is also a fantastic run defender, leading all players on this list with 35 run-defense stops and an 88.5 run-defense grade since 2023.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The following players on the list face the Florida Gators this season<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0QB\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/db\/arch-manning-7353\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Arch Manning<\/a>,\u00a0Texas<br \/>8.
