Matt Kalil\u2019s ex-wife, Haley Baylee, is pushing back against his lawsuit against her.<\/p>\n

Her lawyer, Matthew Bialick, filed a motion to dismiss the suit, according to the Daily Mail<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kalil, who played six years in the NFL with the Vikings and Panthers, sued Baylee for invasion of privacy after she went on a livestream and claimed the size of his penis was the \u201cbiggest factor\u201d in their divorce.<\/p>\n

She described it as being the size of \u201ctwo coke cans, maybe even a third,\u201d causing intimacy issues.<\/p>\n

We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying \u2026 Looked up lipo-type s\u2013t \u2026 That\u2019s why it\u2019s kinda funny. It\u2019s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself. That was the biggest factor.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve tried, impossible unless you\u2019re going to be in tears.\u201d <\/p>\n

Bialick told TMZ<\/a> he will attempt to get the case thrown out under the pretense that Baylee has \u201cerotic autonomy,\u201d which he describes as the freedom to discuss and make decisions around her own sexuality.<\/p>\n

He said Baylee was \u201cexercising her sexual sovereignty by truthfully describing a sexual experience.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

In his suit, Kalil called the comments \u201cinvasive\u201d and said they destroyed his chance to stay out of the public eye, according to TMZ.<\/p>\n

He alleges that they gave him \u201cunwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public,\u201d and that his family members \u201chave been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kalil is requesting a jury trial and damages for an amount that exceeds $75,000. <\/p>\n

He also claimed that Baylee \u201creceived substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kalil and Baylee married in 2015 and divorced seven years later.<\/p>\n

Kalil married his current wife, Keilani Asmus, in 2024, and the two share a 1-year-old son.<\/p>\n
