But <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/dallas-cowboys\/331\" data-autotag=\"7af2161d-a8dd-41a5-87e2-32eb5b028473\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Cowboys<\/a> fans looking for their own stars will have to look to the runners-up on the second team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Leaguewide, edge rusher Myles Garrett (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/cleveland-browns\/329\" data-autotag=\"9cb205d1-d46a-4c2c-a80a-90061986bc20\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Browns<\/a>) and wide receivers Puka Nacua (Rams) and Jaxon Smith-Njigba (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/seattle-seahawks\/361\" data-autotag=\"91fb7995-f6cd-4aa3-adbc-98eb39d76a79\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Seahawks<\/a>) were unanimous choices, while tight end Trey McBride (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/arizona-cardinals\/355\" data-autotag=\"c6331531-478d-4c7a-b93a-28f5b26af3f9\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Cardinals<\/a>) fell just one vote short of a clean sweep to lead at his slot.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Other notable first-team selections include quarterback Matthew Stafford (Rams), running back Bijan Robinson (Falcons), all-purpose player Christian McCaffrey (49ers), and slot cornerback Cooper DeJean (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/philadelphia-eagles\/354\" data-autotag=\"c1b3a094-e294-4a77-b1b2-dbdbd5bfa2c5\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Eagles<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/green-bay-packers\/335\" data-autotag=\"2b76aec5-0d77-4545-9a2a-f864de5488eb\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Packers<\/a> edge rusher Micah Parsons also earned a first-team nod, a feat he had previously accomplished in 2021 and 2022 while with the Cowboys. (Parsons was selected for the second team in 2023.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">\u201cThat\u2019s great. But a <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RobMaaddi\/status\/2009988848424558757\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|z|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">full tabulation of the All-Pro votes<\/a> shows some rather odd peculiarities in both who received votes and who did not.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Here&#8217;s a closer look at the three Cowboys players who made the All-Pro Second Team.<\/p>\n<p>WR George Pickens<img class=\"gnt_em_img_i\" style=\"height:441px\" fetchpriority=\"high\" data-g-r=\"lazy\" data-gl-src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/87441464007-2248128802.jpg\" data-gl- decoding=\"async\" alt=\"ARLINGTON, TEXAS - NOVEMBER 23: George Pickens #3 of the Dallas Cowboys catches the ball in the fourth quarter against the Philadelphia Eagles at AT&amp;T Stadium on November 23, 2025 in Arlington, Texas. (Cincinnati&#8217;s Ja&#8217;Marr Chase took it, with 26.) It&#8217;s the first All-Pro honor for Pickens, who had career highs this season in receptions, yards, and touchdowns and also earned his first Pro Bowl selection. Also on the second team alongside Pickens are Amon-Ra St. Brown (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/detroit-lions\/334\" data-autotag=\"a9d615a6-a025-4346-9c29-28956ed45852\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Lions<\/a>) and Chris Olave (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/new-orleans-saints\/350\" data-autotag=\"84b23fc0-f769-4d65-9d38-018c62e4efd7\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Saints<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>K Brandon Aubrey<img class=\"gnt_em_img_i\" style=\"height:441px\" fetchpriority=\"high\" data-g-r=\"lazy\" data-gl-src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/86156188007-usatsi-27084259.jpg\" data-gl- decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Sep 14, 2025; Arlington, Texas, USA; Dallas Cowboys place kicker Brandon Aubrey (17) kicks the game-winning field goal against the New York Giants during overtime at AT&amp;T Stadium. Aubrey received 12 first-place votes, trailing Minnesota&#8217;s Will Reichard, who took first-team honors this year, with 15. Aubrey ended the year 36-of-42 on field goals, with all six misses coming from 50 yards or beyond.<\/p>\n<p>KR KaVontae Turpin<img class=\"gnt_em_img_i\" style=\"height:440px\" fetchpriority=\"high\" data-g-r=\"lazy\" data-gl-src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/87620464007-usatsi-27743392.jpg\" data-gl- decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Detroit Lions linebacker Trevor Nowaske (53) tackles Dallas Cowboys kick returner KaVontae Turpin (9) during the second half at Ford Field in Detroit on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025.\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Turpin earned first-team All-Pro honors last year. His 14 first-place votes were good enough for second-team recognition in 2025, even though his kick return stats were mixed.
