The Tampa Bay Buccaneers<\/a> will have another new offensive coordinator in 2026. Todd Bowles and the Bucs fired Josh Grizzard on Thursday, moving on from him after just one season.<\/p>\n

Grizzard replaced Liam Coen as Bowles\u2019 offensive coordinator last offseason after the Jaguars<\/a> hired Coen to be their new head coach. Tampa Bay finished the season ranked 18th in points scored and 21st in total yards.<\/p>\n

The Buccaneers lost four of their last five games and seven of their last nine after starting the year 6-2, missing the playoffs for the first time since 2019.<\/p>\n

Bowles is returning as the head coach in 2026, which he confirmed on Wednesday, but Baker Mayfield will have yet another new OC next season. He\u2019ll also have a new quarterbacks coach as Thad Lewis has been fired by the Buccaneers, too.<\/p>\n

Lewis was Mayfield\u2019s quarterbacks coach for the last three years in Tampa. The Buccaneers have had a different offensive coordinator in each of the last five years, so change is not unfamiliar for Mayfield.<\/p>\n
