FRISCO \u2013 Of all the Cowboys players recovering from injuries during the 2024 season, quarterback Dak Prescott\u2019s <\/a>presence on the field during the second day of an organized team activity on Tuesday was a welcomed sight.<\/p>\n

Prescott\u2019s season ended after eight games when he suffered a torn hamstring injury <\/a>against the Atlanta Falcons. <\/p>\n

The injury required surgery. It was the third time in the last five seasons Prescott missed time with an injury.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, Prescott was moving well on the field as he threw passes to a variety of receivers.<\/p>\n

\u201cPretty much can do it all,\u201d he said. \u201cFeel good. Yeah, I think I\u2019m just not cleared for contact, which we\u2019ve got a while for that anyways. Yeah, I\u2019m out there in the team activities, feel good. Just trying to stay that way. Yeah, feeling great.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prescott was active throughout the practice, even running hard over the stepover football dummies at the beginning of the voluntary sessions at The Star.<\/a> It seems the Cowboys quarterback is close to becoming a full participant in practices.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople say a lot of things about me, man,\u201d he said. \u201cI just show up and control what I can control healthy. Trying to stay healthy. Feels good. They just trying to push the energy and make sure I continue to get better.\u201d<\/p>\n

Also, third-round pick, cornerback Shavon Revel (knee)<\/a> participated in individual drills before moving to rehab work. Veteran safety Markquese Bell and corner Caelen Carson worked on individuals. Defensive end Sam Williams (knee), linebacker DeMarvion Overshown (knee) and safety Donovan Wilson worked in the rehab group.<\/p>\n
